Episode Transcript
Thomas Hübl:
We start again, breath, slow down, dropping deeper into the body. Every time you exhale and slow down your exhalation, your breath connects you first to the body posture, of course, and then to the live parts of your body. And again, for a few moments to stay with the body sensations, especially the streaming flowing puling in the first two days, a growing map of your inner body awareness, finding new areas that are alive from the aliveness.
I expand into the whole body parts that I don’t feel that well, parts that are more dense or tight, stress. Check in for a moment with my emotional state. And then today we focus more on the mind, exploring our mind. How does your mind feel right now? Your mind very busy. Is your mind quiet, calm, spacious, tight, and then slowly bring more and more awareness into whatever is the current state of your mind. Just want to explore more thinking, my capacity to feel my thinking.
For a few moments, just stay with a felt sense of your thought process. I can actually feel myself thinking maybe I feel different areas of my head, my brain, my mind, whenever thoughts run through my thinking, just curiously exploring thought process, the mind various ways. My mind feels, sometimes it’s more open, sometimes it’s more dense, and also the way I’m grasping or touching myself to thoughts. So for the rest of the time today, keep exploring a curious explorer in a higher resolution of presence, like now the various functions of your mind and how those functions feel.
