Thomas Hübl

Thomas Hübl is a renowned teacher, author, and international facilitator whose work integrates the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism with the discoveries of science. Thomas Hübl:
I invite you again to take a deeper breath and connect to your body first. Then a few cycles of breathing, every time you exhale to deepen the connection to your body, the alive parts of your body. To connect again to your emotional experience for a moment, to your mental experience. How does your mind feel right now? Become aware of awareness itself, sense of spaciousness, expansion, stillness. From that sense of space and body connection.

Let’s bring our awareness to the highest point of your head. Top of your head. Just feel, just feel slowly. Expand your feeling, awareness into the space above your head. Maybe the space above your head feels a bit tense, tense. Maybe it’s wide open, relaxed. Then we in tension to connect to the light of our soul. And then slowly elevate your awareness around about the meter above your head that you keep feeling upwards, sensing upwards, looking upwards listening. Attention goes above the head. Elevate your awareness, almost the meter above your head with the intention to feel the soul, to feel the light of the soul. Just remember that the soul is subtle, needs to be felt in a subtle, more fine, refined way. And then see if you can notice any sensations of light, illumination, energetic resonance, higher pitched sounds, felt sensations, in case your mind of his thoughts. If you can just let them pass by and come back to the exploration of light for the rest of the meditation. You can keep your awareness

Now at the end of the meditation, come back to your body. Take a breath, connect to your feet, feel your feet on the ground, yourself sitting. Take another deeper breath, and come back.
