Thomas: Hello again. Today we’re going to meet to deepen, I go through a tool with you or an inner practice, the 3-Sync meditation. 3-Sync, the term means synchronization of my physical, emotional, and mental experience. So what I think my emotional experience and what I feel in my body, and it’s an awareness practice because that I know what I feel in my body, what I feel emotionally and how I interpret and frame it, and how my mind feels when I interpret and frame. It is an internal presencing or awareness process, and one part it belongs to it is the relational dimension. So I go through a three practice and then I see how do I feel? Do I feel more held back, more closed, more shut down, or do I feel more open and relationally available for the world? It’s a simple practice.

So again, when you sit down, close your eyes, you can also them open, and then your breath is always a great and is a great guide to bring body. Every time I exhale, I exhale, it’s lower, and I my exhalation into the physical body and I notice my sitting. So if you notice, you’re sitting, just sitting, relaxed, open in a warm pool, body streaming, flowing, grounded. Or do you find your body? Do you feel more tense? Energy goes more up than down. Just don’t change. Yesterday. Movements in the body, tension patterns, stress. So areas that you can’t feel in the body or can’t feel well.

So once you got know more physical body, then we can expand the exploration and look at the emotional experience. You ask yourself, okay, what’s my emotional state right now? Feel emotion, love, strong joy. Sometimes emotions are very calm, but still it feels connected emotionally, sometimes emotions, angry or very. So once you checked in on your emotions, let’s look at the mind. Mind. Open, wide inspired, more tight thinking. Circle of anything in calm is aware of you. Sensing your body, your emotions, your mind. Relational dimension, do we find is good? Doesn’t need to be changed. Just want to notice and need to understand it. Need to change it. Practicing awareness. Think about difficult moment, how you felt the moment. See what happens in your body’s. The response of your body. Is their body awareness changing? Does your body feel open or tight? Tight in certain areas? What happens to your emotional? What was the of the difficulty or feel overwhelmed? When do you, lots of thoughts. Do you feel arguing blank? Circulating thoughts, trying to problem. What’s the relational dimension? Do you feel more off? Withdrawn your want to? Is there anything new that you can see in that slow down exploration? Anything more to feel than itself, state of your body. Stress, emotional experience, mental arguments, defenses, relational dimension. Is there anything more to see right now than you recognized in that moment?
A come to and see where body open, present right now, well, and slowly open your eye
